Forget-me-not, Coconut-Blueberry Popsicle

PREPARATION : 20 minutes | FREEZING : minimum 6 hours |
YIELD : approx 6 to 8 popsicles
1 tin of 400 ml coconut milk
60 ml (1/4 cup) maple syrup
3 sachets (9 g loose tea) of FloralTea's Forget-me-not herbal tea
250 ml (1 cup) almond milk or 10% yogourt, vanilla flavor
250 ml (1 cup) fresh blueberries
In a pot, bring the coconut milk and maple syrup to a boil.
Put the tea bags in the hot liquid, turn off the heat and let infuse with a lid for 10 minutes. Transfer the pot in the refrigerator and allow to cool completely.
Remove the tea bags. Add the almond milk or yogurt and mix well.
Spread the mixture and blueberries in the molds. Insert the sticks (if your molds are upright, freeze 1 hour before inserting the sticks).
Let freeze for 6 hours or more before serving. Take the popsicles out of the freezer for 5 minutes before unmolding them.
