Mocktail with Rose and Litchi

PREPARATION: 10 minutes | INFUSION TIME: 30 minutes | COOLING TIME: 30 minutes or more | YIELD : 4 to 8 portions | 4 wine glasses or 6 to 8 champagne flutes


  • 300 ml white cranberry juice

  • 2-3 sachets (or 6-9 g of the loose blend) of FloralTea's Rose tea

  • 430 ml (1 ¾ cup) sparkled cider (with or without alcohol)

  • 60 ml (1/4 cup) lychee sirup from a can of (560 ml)

  • Ice cubes, rose buds for decoration (optional)


  1. In a small pot, bring the cranberry juice to a boil. Add the tea sachets, remove pot from heat and let infuse for 30 minutes. Transfer pot content to the fridge until cold.

  2. Remove the sachets. In a pitcher, mix the rose tea infusion, cider and lychee sirup.

  3. Serve in wine glasses or champagne flutes. Add ice cubes and rose buds for decoration, if desired.
