ROSE BUTTER on toast with honey

PREPARATION : 5 minutes | YIELD : 4 portions
4 to 6 tbsp butter, at room temperature
2 tbsp Rose Tea
Slices of bread
Remove stems from rosebuds and chop the flower tea blend
Add the chopped flower blend into the butter and mix
Place in a nice ramekin and serve
Spread the rose butter on toasts and add a drizzle of honey, to your taste.
